Miura Restaurant is open daily from 12:00-10:00 PM. Last order at 9:00 PM. In summer there is a terrace overlooking the golf course.
Miura Restaurant offers both á la carte menu and 7 or 5 course degustation menu. After consulting with the chef we are able to create a special menu "tailored" in accordance to your requirements.
Chef Michael Göth for years ranks among the best in Czech gastronomy. He dominated the culinary scene in Brno, where he worked at the renowned restaurant Kastelán.Michal comes to Miura Hotel with the intention to raise the Beskydy regional cuisine, which inspired the new á la carte menu. Michal's new menu relies on using of premium ingredients from local farmers from the Beskydy region.
